Virginio Nastri SRL have introduced a new innovation for the plastics industry.The Filler has been designed to eliminate the problems inherent in the filling, moving and storage of finished products into boxes or bags.The unit has been designed to accept boxes, bags or containers of any size or dimension thus ensuring that the unit is totally suitable for all end users regardless of the type of container to be used. This revolutionary innovation, when compared with current storage systems available, is not only suitable for lights out shifts but may also revolutionise working practice within any given moulding shop. The Filler is suitable for products of any type and size and will ensure that an accurate count of finished products is achieved in each individual box or bag. The Filler can be considered a beside-the-machine warehouse as amongst its numerous facilities it offers the opportunity to have the pallets ready under the machine, not just allowing the filling of boxes placed on each individual pallet but also allowing the stacking of further boxes once each layer has been successfully filled thus allowing one operator to remove a pallet of finished products to the required size and volume.
